I LOVE our maple trees! The lazy shade they provide in the summer, the new green leaves in the spring that invite brightly colored birds, and the vibrant yellows and oranges that illuminate the view from my kitchen window in the Autumn! Sadly those cheery yellows are falling from my favorite trees. But,oh, how the leafy blanket on the still green grass makes for beautiful pictures! Especially when the wind is gently blowing the leaves from the trees and they sprinkle the air around us as they flutter to ground, we dance in the shower of yellows and golds! AND, the fun of making huge leaf piles to hide, jump, or fall into! Priceless moments!

This picture and the ones to follow, are on a Sunday just after church. Isabel just got a plush Spongebob and wanted to play in the leaves with him!
Now she is pretending he is a baby and has to swing him!
I suggested she use him as a pillow so that I could get her to be still for a moment for me to capture a picture of her in Sunday dress!
Hey Rachel!!! I also love the fall-watching the leaves fall-it's so beautiful especially out here in the east, where there is such a variaty of different trees to make so many different colors. Your family is beautiful! How old is your little girl?
