Take Me Away

This was the first vacation we have had in 6+ years! Way overdue! We absolutely love the beach! My boys haven't been since they were toddlers and my baby girl, well , this was her first time! One week wasn't long enough! Is it ever? When you're on a vacation you want to stay that relaxed, playful, and a life of simplicity for way longer than you get to. But I am so thankful to have been able to enjoy what I did! There are way too many pics to post on here, but, here's a taste of what we saw and did! Of course, pictures don't do it justice! We stayed in a beachhouse, on the beach, at Mexico Beach, FL! Before you ask...no...no oil. The beach to ourselves! It wasn't busy the whole time! Bliss!

We stayed a whole week! I am so ready to go back! I wasn't even ready to leave in the first place! Ahhhh, it was so nice being with just our lil' family! I am so grateful we were able to go to a paradise this year! And, yes, we are already planning next year's return! Long live summer vacations!!!!!

I Heart Valentine's Day!

I absolutely love, LOVE DAY! Maybe because I'm partial to February since it's my birthday month. Maybe because it's a day surrounding my favorite colors, PINK and RED! Any way...who needs so many reasons? I just love this holiday! And I can't help myself from stocking up on the goodies from the Valentine's isle at the stores! The best candy, the pink stuff, cookie cutters, baking items, sprinkles, etc. And what a bonus on the day after Val-day, everything is on clearance! Well, I just had to share my enthusiasm for this day of LOVE! And also, there is sure to be a Date Night with my man! Yeah baby! Everyday should be filled with the love we have for our loved ones, but this day, February 14th, is an explosion of passion and love we feel! Woo hoo! So..... Happy Valentine's Day! I love you! XOXO

There are so many new toys now! Obviously I will not try to post pics of all the gifts and wrapping that looked like a flood, but we've been blessed with just as much spiritual and emotional gifts these past few weeks to add to our joy!

It was a wonderful holiday season for our family! We have enjoyed spending our time together! Christmas and New Year's has brought us happiness! Looking forward to 2010!
